At last after 29 weeks - Vienna!

At last after 29 weeks of walking we have reached Vienna. It was not a easy walk and the last two weeks a change of server made us loose sight of where in Austria we walked.

But in the end the server problems was solved and ranked top of the walking list we could see Per Näslund. So he is the winner - our Mr Walker. Eva- Britt was second and she is our dancing Mrs Walker.

Prizes will be given to them on the 24/5 at http://www.griechenbeisl.at/ in connection with a traditional Vienna dinner and with Austrian bompa bompa in the background.

So this activity reached its end. Next activity will be something different and will start after the summer vacations. More about that another time.

A Step in the Right Direction

Walking is one of the easiest ways to be physically active. You can do it almost anywhere and at any time. Walking is also inexpensive–all you need is a pair of shoes with sturdy heel support. Walking may:

• Give you more energy and make you feel good.
• Reduce stress and help you relax.
• Tone your muscles.
• Increase the number of calories your body uses.
• Strengthen your bones and muscles.
• Improve your stamina and your fitness.
• Lower your risk of chronic diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes, etc.
• Give you an opportunity to socialize actively with friends and family.
• Over all it is a WinWin – activity for you and Swedbank

For all of these reasons, we at Channel Integration Department, Swedbank have started “walking to Vienna”.
